3D Walkthrough
The 3D Walkthrough is an extremely powerful way of 'feeding' the visitor's imagination. Multiple furnishing styles are used. So as the visitor 'walks through' the home, room styles may change in their furnishing and decorative styles. One moment the sitting room is bold and funky. The next moment it has faded into a calm and restful environment.
One of the most popular uses of a custom 3D walkthrough is for real estate development projects. A 3D walkthrough allows a realtor to showcase a building while it is under development or in the planning stages. This is also useful for city planners, construction companies, architects, and home buyers. The 3D walkthrough is created using the building blueprints. A 3D walkthrough specialist uses your information to create the 3D walkthrough using special multimedia software.
Dream Wizardz Animation Process
Step 1:
• Prepare a scope for the project
• Estimate the current position of the project site, where the entitled animated design is to be implemented (incase of virtual walkthroughs)
• Gather client information (architectural designs, videos, sketch etc.)
Step 2:
Animation Script- A detail script narrating the events to be shown would be written by professional script writers which would typically include the following:
1. Script Overview will be given and the client has to go through each of the scenes and give suggestions.
2. Projections: give idea to client about the movie scenes.
3. Conclusion/Summary.
Step 3:
Rough Sketch
The visualized script would then be sketched as a skeleton narrating the different scenes.
Step 4:
3d Designs Recommendations Report
The 3D designs would be created and stills will be presented to the client for approval.
Step 5:
Animation/Rendering
The 3D designs will be animated scene wise depending on the scripts.
3D designs will then be rendered on high end rendering machines for digital quality.
Step 6:
Final Output
The rendered 3D movie will be edited at our editing studio adding digital sound, Voice etc.,
Final output will be given on DV Tape or DVD as requested by the client
Incase of designs perspective designs of the 3d will also be handed.
Service Delivery Process
4.1 Development
Development commences based upon the finalized Scope of Work and Acceptance of Proposal.
Dream Wizardz works closely with its Clients during the process of development. The Client reports any defects detected or changes required through a Service Request Form, and the corrections/changes are made per the schedule determined between the Project Manager and the Client Coordinator.
